Our partnership with Entrepreneurs du Monde

Entrepreneurs du Monde is an international solidarity non-profit organisation founded in France in 1998 (under the 1901 Association Act). It operates in developing countries to enable the poorest families to start or develop small businesses or to gain access to employment, mainly by providing them with access to credit, savings and relevant training.

Entrepreneurs du Monde is active in ten countries (Benin, Burma, Burkina Faso, Cambodia, Ghana, Haiti, India, Mongolia, the Philippines and Vietnam) and supported more than 75,000 families in 2010.

NiXEN’s team has supported Entrepreneurs du Monde since 2008 through financial donations and, more importantly, through its direct involvement and regular contacts with members of the association. In particular, it has helped members expand the range of financing options for their microcredit programmes.
