After beginning his career within a consulting firm, then a large French bank, Jean-Paul joined the private equity sector in 1989 where he gradually specialized in the IT and services sectors. In 2004, he joined N.I Partners, which later became NiXEN, and of which he has been President since 2005.
Jean-Paul is involved in the development and promotion of the private equity profession, having played an important role in the AFIC (now France Invest), where he was Chairman of the Development Capital Commission from 2008 to 2009, and Vice-Chairman of the association's Board of Directors from 2009 to 2010.
He has been involved since 2008 with the Entrepreneurs du Monde association of which he is currently a member from the Board of Directors.

After starting her career in a consulting firm in New York, Priti joined the private equity sector in 1999. In 2006, she joined Natixis Private Equity and became Partner responsible for Business Development and M&A for the portfolio. It was at NPE that she worked with teams from NiXEN Partners and Jean-Paul for the first time.
From 2012 she managed her firm, Primafi Partners, which offered services in M&A and private equity investment management to Family Offices and family-owned SMEs/ETIs.

Fabio started his career in 2022 as a Private Equity analyst at IMPACT Partners before joining NiXEN in 2023. Prior to that he was a trainee in financial valuation at FI Partners in 2021.
He also had entrepreneurial experience with the creation of his clothing brand in 2020.

François Baubeau began his career at BNP Paribas. He then joined Banque Populaire where he became a member of the Management Committee for Entreprise clients.
From 2000, he was successively Chairman of the Management Board of SPEF, Initiative & Finance, Naxicap and Natexis Investissement. In 2003, he became Deputy Managing Director of Natixis Private Equity.
Since 2010, François has been director of the Basaltes industrial group (a family group and one of the French leaders in aggregates and ready mix concrete) and also President of the PC Invest Family Office.
