Complaints may be submitted in French or English. Claims processing is free of charge.
Claim processing time
NIXEN PARTNERS will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within a maximum of 10 working days from the date of dispatch of the written complaint. A reply will be sent to you within a maximum of 2 months from the date your claim was sent. If further research is required beyond this period, NIXEN PARTNERS undertakes to inform you of the progress made in processing the claim at the end of the period.

NiXEN Partners does not take into account the material adverse impacts of its investment decisions on sustainability factors as defined in Article 4 of the SFDR (EU) 2019/2088. This approach is due to the firm’s size and will be reviewed in light of regulatory developments and business growth.
