NiXEN has chosen to participate in this transaction as a co-investor alongside the consortium composed of Ceres Capital, Compagnie Financière Jousset (CFJ), and Montefiore, in order to support the management team in the next stages of the company's development, in particular to consolidate its market position and explore new growth segments.
