Founded in 1953, the Malherbe Group is one of the top five players in the French road freight transport market, offering both groupage and less-than-truckload services. The group offers its customers two complementary approaches: chartering and transportation with its own fleet of vehicles.

NiXEN has supported the development of the Malherbe group, which has implemented an ambitious external growth plan involving around ten acquisitions over the period 2008-2012, in order to extend its geographical coverage and further develop its chartering business.
