Since 1998, the company has been supporting major French and international clients in their engineering and construction projects for state-of-the-art energy, industrial and environmental systems and infrastructures.
With the support of NiXEN, Vulcain Ingénierie has embarked on an active development policy in France and abroad, and implemented a targeted external growth policy to acquire expertise that complements the services offered by the company today.
In 2019, NiXEN sold majority control of Vulcain to Equistone Partners and continues to support the group by retaining a minority stake through a dedicated investment vehicle NiXEN DDI.
